Most of you know that Dave and I have wanted to retire and be guest ranchers for some time now. I'm not so sure about that now. I really think I would rather be Beth and The Dog.

I am a wife to my husband and stay-at-home mom to four, make that five wonderful kids. We are involved in the Apex Community of house churches and home school the kids. After Dave retires from the military, we hope to settle down on a ranch somewhere and raise organic beef and chickens.
