Explain this....

Maybe Sara can post a comment and explain this. Can you believe this is the picture on the back of our milk carton? There are little fairytale type stories on the back of milk cartons here in Iceland. Maybe we could play a little game and try to guess what this is all about.

I am going to guess and say that it is telling you that thier milk is so fresh that if you drink it your farts won't stink or your butt will smell like roses.

I think he looks as though he's trying to hold his breath and thus another reason why we shouldn't drink cows milk?

if you leave your milk carton out of the refrigerator for more than 12 hours, you will encounter a smell that reminds you of . . . well, see the picture.

I'm dying here - first the picture and now the posts. We have some witty people in our midst. All you need to know is - Don't drink it!

That's it Mo! It must be saying that if you smell the milk and it smells like ass, don't drink it.

I agree!

Ok. These comments are just great!!!
So the new theme on Icelandic Milk Cartons are Proverbs or Old/New (like in this case) to educate people about what those things really mean!!!
The meaning of this Saying is self explanatory. But they go further with it on the Carton and put every Saying about Farting!!!
So everyting in Black is another saying about FART!!
As you can see Icelanders are pretty fasinated by the Art Of FArting!!!
I have to say I cant believe that they actually put that on The Milk!!! The saying has nothing to do with the milk so Amy you can assure your Kids it is safe to drink!!!
The picture was drawn by a Ninth grader!!
Hope that will help Amy!!!
I wonder what else they are putting on the Milk Cartons over there....
