We saw this little old man driving this cow in his car on a highway in south Iceland. This car is about the size of a Yugo! The man looked like he was about 80 and like he came straight out of a storybook with his wool jacket and hat.

I am a wife to my husband and stay-at-home mom to four, make that five wonderful kids. We are involved in the Apex Community of house churches and home school the kids. After Dave retires from the military, we hope to settle down on a ranch somewhere and raise organic beef and chickens.
